Same problem here - Mare wakes up at 6 o'clock every morning.
Now I have started to simply ignore her (she sleeps in our bed and jumps on my chest and kisses me). That has - after 2 weeks actually made her wake up at 7 instead - and that's ok, cause that is worktime anyway...
