Absolutely! Money orders can get stolen and /or copied. Over the years we have had more losses by money orders and cashiers checks than any other payments.
If you are taking one for your business. I would call the bank and verify that it is valid. I would not ever do a COD and to my knowledge UPS does not take cash.
