Sorry your little one (and you) have to deal with this! I don't know that what you are seeing is eggs. I think the eggs can only be seen with a microscope (those on the web site you posted are from microscopic views). Have you seen actual worms recently?
The whole worm thing grosses me out. Keep us posted and I hope you baby has a clean exam very soon!
