I do think the weather change has a ton to do with this. I can't say about anywhere else, but in SE Michigan is has been rainy, cold and gllomy for days now. When there isn't any sunshine, no matter how cold, this happens. Those special lights really do help. For me, personally (hold the skin cancer lectures, please) I use the tanning bed every other week during the winter and it helps so much with the mood.
