I don't let Mya nap past 9pm she goes to bed at 11pm
I play with her (usually fetch) and take her for long walks.
I keep her busy with dog bones and toys.
We spend about 3 hours a day one on one time with her.
I also take her out to see people, that with the neighbourhood kids playing with she is worn out and sleeps well through the night.
