[Biddy's Mom]

Ok - yesterday we took Biddy & Tucker to a wooded area that has trails that you can walk. They loved it! We live in the city so they don't get to be at one with nature very often.

Anyway, later that day I noticed a "spider" crawling across the couch. I didn't tell my boyfriend because he's petrified of bugs. A little while later my boyfriend was pointing at me and screaming. Another of what I thought was a spider was crawlingup my arm. I said - oh it's a spider, i found one earlier too. He said - it's not a spider, it's a tick!

Great. So I checked Biddy & Tuck over from head to toe (and gave them baths). Tucker had a tick in his ear. We suffocated it with olive oil and ulled it out with tweezers, but is there anything else that I should do now? I keep checking them over & I haven't seen any other ticks.

Sorry - I'm a city gal & didn't even know what a tick was!!
