Have you had your little one examined by a vet recently? Is your baby teething? There could be something physical going on that it is the cause. If that is ruled out, I would suggest hiring a personal trainer/animal behavior specialist to try to get at the cause of the problem and help you resolve it. Good luck and keep us posted! Until then, start back with square one. No house priviledges (ex-pen only) until baby is consistently using the pee pad, then expand priviledges to just one room at a time. Just ignore the crying. Soon he will learn it won't get him what he wants and he will stop.
