I took Bailey to the Vet's AGAIN today because she hasn't been feeling well for the past few weeks & the first thing the vet asked is if I had given her Turkey on Thanksgiving? well yes, I gave her a small bite. Turkey is a huge no-no. The chemical in turkey that makes people sleepy is very toxic to dogs especially small dogs. And in large quanities can kill them.
Bailey isn't sick because of her bite of Turkey but I thought it was a good thing to pass along, especially because of the holiday season.
