Since this is my first pregnancy I want to make sure everything goes perfect!
My pregnancy is "high risk" because I'm having twins and I have Lupus.
What advice do you have?
I have always been addicted to junk food, do I have to completely stop eating junk food?
And I get REALLY BAD morning sickness, but i get it all day! Is there any way to help stop that?
