[Mom2Max]

ok so max is now 6 months old. everything was going fine. he was using outside to pee, and just the pad when it would rain ( he refuses to go out when raining) well he only pooped outside for me one time. so i continued to leave the pad for him to poop on. we also crate trained max, but if you are in the house he yelps so so bad when in there. when i leave, i listen outside the window and all is calm. so anyway now max is peeing on the carpet in the living room, bathroom, anywhere he can find a place. and this isnt marking he is squatting and peeing. alot of pee!! and he will poop anywhere in the dang house.
we rent our home and i cant take the carpets being ruined, but that isnt even my concern.im getting so frustrated i dont know what to do. he is making my boston (sampson) a nervous freakin wreck. sampson was so cuddly and loving and now when max uses the bathroom inside, sampson lays his ears back and hides. and i dont yell at either of them , and never ever have hit them. when max has a accident i simply get him, say NO POTTY.. take him outside place the poop outside and say GO POTTY OUTSIDE. the bad thing is, i take him out to pee, and he goes, then comes inside and about 5 minutes later goes again.
i even took him to the vet thinking he may have a uti or something. everything is fine! i dont know what is going on, im training him the same as i did sampson, lots of praise and treats when he pees or poops in the right spot etc. but its effecting all of us. im frustrated and upset crying as i type because i dont know what to do. sampson is so unhappy and fearful now, the kids dont want anything to do with max cause he will use the bathroom in their room. my husband wants to get rid of him, he cant take it anymore.
im so so upset and ive tried everything that i have read and know to do! someone please help.. this cant keep going on,
