My yorkie is having really bad skin allergies. She has really bad bumps all over her, her skin is pink, and her hair is falling out (dont know if its from scratching so much or what). I took her to the vet for this before and they gave her a cortizone shot.. but I'm afraid to keep doing that, as I know it can have bad effects later. I do give her benadryl, and it seemed to help a little until now. We just noticed that it was really bad yesterday. We have a vet appointment for Monday, but since its the weekend. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do for her in the meantime to relieve her itching?
