She's on her way. So far she's encountered 2 car accidents that slowed her down but she's still going. The shelter knows she's on her way but they won't stay open 2 hours later just for her. If she doesn't arrive in time, she will be forced to stay over night in a hotel (another expense). I really hope she can make it there on time or someone can help her out.
