no you are right !! The straps on some are unreal. I bought a VS Bra on Ebay and would never do it again -

the size was ok but talk about el cheapo straps - that's the biggest problem I find with them - they do stretch and after a few months you may as well not bother wearing anything they get so out of shape in the straps -
