It depends on how much work you want to do - I grew my Chanel long after a short puppy cut - it took about 1 year or so to be long again ...now I cut her myself and am considering another short cut...it's so much easier and faster to bathe ...but she has alot of hair -
my youngest Cheri is much easier to keep up with and she has semi long hair.
I'm no expert but keeping them clean and using good shampoos really helps the coat |
