Grrrr...big pet peeve of mine!
I was asking because it seems to me that if the dog belongs to someone, which it does, and it was running free to do as it pleased, they should be responsible of part of any expenses you have, IMO. Have you told them about them about the situation? Just depending on if you want to push it...just food for thought should thngs get costly....
