[Lady of Yorkies]

I gave Autumn a bath a little while ago and I think I got a little water down her nose. She started snorting and making the kennel cough sounds, not the gut sucking kind of kennel cough, like a light version of it. Now she's hacking and spitting up, not vomiting, spitting up. I haven't seen her get into anything to make her gag, if I got water down her nose could it cause her to act like this? I don't think it's anything serious or lasting but it concerns me. She's quiet right now, I wish we had sound on these forums. Sylvia

I just needed to say that it really was just a little water, of course it wasn't my nose, but I really hate to get ANY water in MY nose. Could the water have run right down into her lungs if the situation was right? Sylvia
