You know those plastic ketchup cups they have at cafeterias? Well we took some from my work, filled them with lowfat yogurt and put them in the freezer. (Bella's favorite is strawberry/bannana) She loves to lick them and it cools her down too. I asked the vet about yogurt and she said it was fine (she prefers no human food at all) but said it wouldn't hurt her in any way. Yogurt is how we gave Bella her cough medicine (mixed in)
