At approx. 10 pounds your chances for a natural delivery are good, unless the father (or the Mom's or Dad's background) is a lot bigger, but you still could only have one puppy and since they have so much room to grow in utero they do. Of course, just because the puppies are small enough for the Mom to deliver you can run into other problems like not strong enough contractions that won't show up until the time of delivery.
