Hi everyone, I've enjoyed reading your stories. I graduated from college with a degree in accounting and worked as a CPA for 3 years before moving into private work for a large coal company. I worked there for 4 years until my first child was born and have been a stay-at-home mom ever since, excluding a temporary stint as a secretary at my church (I loved that job!!). I have a daughter who is 18 and will be going away to college in the fall to study elementary education (I was thrilled to see so many teachers on here!) and an almost 12 year old son. I feel truly blessed to be able to stay home with my kids. When my son is able to drive I may look for something or I may not. My friends and family are spread out all over and it seems I'm forever going off to visit them, ie, no time to work, LOL!!
