I was reading your thread and was wondering what type of behaviors your dog has as you described as "neurotic"? I bought a young yorkie from a breeder and she does not display normal behavior. i.e.: shakes uncontrolably during car rides. Runs from me when I call her. Always cowers down to me and others. I just don't think after having her for 5 weeks, she should respond this way. Just comparing to the three other yorkies that I have had.
