It could be parvo, but it also sounds like giardia symptoms. One thing in your favor is that he is drinking and eating which they do not do with parvo (unless it is a very light case).

We always recommend canned pumpkin for constipation, but it is just as good for diarrhea - it is a digestive system normalizer. Cooked white rice is also good at firming stools. The main risk with diarrhea is dehydration so push fluids by giving watered down chicken broth. Pedialyte, an infant electrolyte solution, is very good because it restores electrolyte balance when one has diarrhea and will keep him hydrated until you can get to a vet. Feed fluids by syringe every hour around the clock if the situation worsens. If he starts vomiting, then you probably aren't going to be able to keep more in then is coming out and he will need to be put on an IV or be given something to prevent the vomiting. Keep a close eye on him, but if you can keep him hydrated you are probably safe. I hope everything goes well tonight and the sun will come out tomorrow so you can take him in. Please keep us updated.

P.S. Dogs can and do get parvo even after vaccination.
