Rose He's a keeper.

He is a doll. You are very fortunate to have such a cutie. I would think the drawbacks that you mentioned would be sufficient reason not to use him for stud. Especially the 3 yr old daughter being frightened. I wouldn't think she needs to deal with such as that.
