funny, I have the same problem with Pepper sometimes... He's all hyper about going for a walk and after a few minutes he looks all scared (there are a lot of trucks where I live
)), tail between legs and won't move. I ended up having to carry him a few times as well.. He run likea mad man around the little backyard I have and inside the house. Have no clue though what might be the deal with him and your baby...
