I'm sure you already found a cute way
but what my aunt did was
we threw my grandmother (her mother) a birthday party as usual
and on the cake it said "I'm pregnant!" (while my aunt put the cake down in front of her), her husband already knew, but it's how they told the rest of the family.
my grandmas face was great
and it wasn't like a weird "why do you guys have the camera out for no reason" moment ha ha
and for her 1st baby, it was thanksgiving when they told the family
and she made frames for both of the grandmas
and it was a fourth of july style frames (that she made herself)
and on the inside it said "This is for your 1st picture with me.
I'm due in July.
I can't wait to see you!
Your grandson or granddaughter"
