Take any and every drug they will give you!
Seriously when I had my daughter I had been in labor for 5 hours before they gave me demeriol...that wore off really fast.
I asked for more and they told me NO
...I wanted to cry, scream beat the s*&%%T out of someone.
Finally after hours they gave me the epidural. Yhea!
I was soooo scared of having a needle in my back...They did it when I was having a contraction and I never felt a thing!! It was so worth it and nothing to be scared of....
It was smooth sailing after that!
