I went to a marshall's a few monthes ago and a women had her toy poodle in a little stroller that had an open top and not once was she asked to leave. I thought that maybe they hadn't seen the pup but she was up at the register and they didn't say anything. A few weeks later at the same Marshall's a women and her little pup that looked like a pitbull (it looked only about 12 weeks od probably not the most healthy thing for the lil pup) they didnt say anything she just walked around with him in the carriage from the store. (there was a blanket under him.) But I think dogs should be allowed everywhere even if there not service dogs. |
