I took Ariel to the vet today because she has thinning hair on top and a little bald spots but there isn;t anything wrong with her...no mites or ringworm etc...he said puppies go through an ugly puppy coat stage..she is almost 12 weeks old...Is 12 weeks young to go through this stage? Would Missing Link help or is it just for the shine? Does Missing Link make them gain weight? Or is there any kind of cream or special shampoo for this? I have bathed her with pet silk shampoo and conditioner. She still is a darling and so special but just wanted to know , esp if she loses more...thanks
