Though all references and her Vet have checked out via phone, I'm still a bit leary.
After a few phone calls back and forth with the Breeder, it was determined that the Mother passed away a few days after giving birth. Sad as it may be, one would think that the Breeder would have pictures of her.
In any event, I have a business trip scheduled in the next couple of weeks which is oddly 30 miles away from where the Breeder is located. As with most Breeders, she has a no refund policy on deposits. And, I am not THAT free with funds. So, we have come to a mutual arrangement whereas she will not commit to holding this little one should another forever home make contact between now and my arrival. However, once I am there "IF" my suspicions are placed at ease, I will either bring the little one back with me if not sold at that time. Or, put a deposit down for a furbaby of a future litter.
