Welcome to YT!!! You will learn alot about this breed here! One of the most important thing to remember about Yorkies is that they are extremely delicate and can easily get hurt by just about everything (doors, furniture and even people stepping on them) I love the breed but before you make a commitment please consider the possibility of endless trips to the vet for just about everything. I am sure your son would be thrilled with a puppy, not just a yorkie. Just something to think about...
