I bathe Howie every week, I wipe his peepee everyday, but sometimes I'll see him laying there licking this area. I'm really disgusted by it.
I don't know what it is. I know he's not dirty, he doesn't go outside, and I'm just confused. Do any of your babies do this?
Howie is quite the dirty little dog, hahah. He eats his poo and he licks his privates!!
