You're experience looks great (love the perfect attendance- dont take that out)
You do want to date it backwards (Current -previous). Dates are good, any missing time you need to explain (if any).
I like a one page resume. It doesn't look like three pages worth of info to me though - I think you could rearrange to get on one page.
Attachments are ok, so if you want more stuff - put on additional pages. You want the person looking at your resume to be able to look it over quickly, be interested and want to know more details. Use a large enough font size to be easily readable.
If you are going through a ton of resume's from applicants - which one's stick out. Make it pretty - check all spelling and dates carefully - print on nice paper if you are mailing.
