There are times when some of the little Yorkies look almost the same, especially from a distance. A person stressed from the ordeal might mistake another dog for theirs. Still, no excuse for terrorizing someone else and their poor baby. |
I am sure this is not the same person at all. I am in Wenatchee, which is a good 3 hours away.
