I agree with what people said about the water. Drink water and ONLY water because just think about it, if you do drink soda and juice everyday that adds necessary calories when water is 0 calories so there are no extra calories to what you eat everyday. Plus it cleans your body. Also do a lot of cardio exercise, which makes your heart pump faster, that's what makes you lose weight. Try jogging 5 times a day but if you can't then just walk fast, it's better than doing nothing. And you can build up your stamina from there, walk and speed up the threadmill a little everyday.
