I just called my vet for advice and she said as long as their is no diahheria(sp
?)vomiting or lathargic behavior, she should be ok, but you should moniter her very closely.She also said that it might have helped to induce vomiting right after she ingested the pen ink. But she did give me this number for you to call. It's animal poison control, I'm not sure if you have to pay for it though, I would ask them if you have to or not.
