I agree with the rest I asked my friend this one she is a long time 25 years breeding and she said no way. She has had seen many breeders mate a bigger dog with a smaller female and 99% of the time the poor female has major problems. These can be, pups being to big and c section being required, this is if the pups dont get stuck during birthing and pups and mum can die. If the 1st pup gets stuck they all can die. Even a male dog a few lbs bigger can cause problems never mind double the size.

I to would be finding another vet with very bad and dangerous advice like that, it may work for larger breeds of dog but not for yorkies.
