You could try the Kong brand toys, have you seen them? They are hard rubber toys, you can fill with treats, peanut butter, etc. Virtually indestructible from what I've heard. Ruby has one - but she isn't too bad to chew toys to pieces either. They are kind of expensive for dog toys, but if they last forever....
