I started taking exercise classes 2 months ago, not really to loose weight but to tone up, because when you get into your 50's your body goe to you know where even if your weight is ok. I joined the park district health club and do drop in classes and have been doing 3-4 classes a week. Like I said Iwasn't looking to loose weight but I lost 4 lbs and have gotten toned up. I still need to do more cardio as I am mostly doing strenght and toning classes. Let me add that I have never exercised before, never went to a gym but fortunately I am naturally thin but even that doesnt help as you get older, everything shifts!!!!lol So Villette get walking!!!
