I use my crock pot all the time and I love it! We mostly use it for roast, ribs, whole chickens and spaghetti sauce. For pork roast I just cut slits in the roast and insert slivers of garlic then sprinkle with italian spice mix. Set it to low for 8 hours, it's perfect (and that's from fresh, not frozen). I made that tonight for dinner actually! Ribs are great drenched in bbq sauce and left to cook all day. Mmmmmm...I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. Basically any cut of meat you have can be thrown in that pot and will come out juicy and tender every time.
