I'd check out all of the breeders on here first. Don't be afraid to ask questions and if you aren't satisfied with the answers, then move on.

If you start your search now, by the end of January, when you are ready to buy, you should have located a breeder that will work with you.

Also if you are willing to take a bigger yorkie, you will be able to get a better price.

do your research so you don't get taken.
