 16 1/2 yrs
My Cassie was 16 1/2 years old when we lost her in June. People have asked what we fed her that she lived so long. I always said "anything she wants". Maybe she would have lived even longer if I had known about this forum and had known more about what they need. She ate the only dog food we could get her to eat, Kibbles and Chunks. We had to pick out the Chunks first for her then she would eat the Kibbles. She trained us very well from the first day. She ate from the table but mainly veggies like green beans, and fruit, loved apples. So no good advise on this topic. Just loved her beyond reason. Hopefully, the two 1 yr olds we have now will out live me. |
