I'm so sorry that y'all went through that, how scary, traumatic, and sad!!!!!!!!!! I hope that Huck will make a full recovery.
Did the vet tell you to feed him with a syringe, or a dropper or something? I'd think it would take a lot of jaw movement for him to lap at any liquid. God, my heart was absolutely pounding out of my chest reading the whole time, probably cuz I was holding my breath!
