My Pia gets sick also. Her little tongue I swear is out the entire trip. She just pants and won't calm down. I drive from Hagerstown MD to Pittsburgh PA (about 3 hrs) to go see my family and I swear she won't calm down during the entire trip. I even hold her and she still gets so worked up and evetually throws up. It breaks my heart to see her like that. My other two babies sleep the entire trip with no problems at all. I'm going to take some of the suggestions on here. Thanks
