It would have freaked me out as well. She was pretty brazen to do what she did with your furbaby but then to "touch" your child! I would have definitely told the manager or cashier about his woman.........she needs help and they need to know so she won't be able to do this to others. The manager will be appreciative I am certain and you can still call them on the phone and let them know your concerns, you don't have to go back into the store in person to voice a complaint. But don't hold what happened against the store, I am sure they would have spoken with her and maybe even ushered her out the store if you had mentioned what had happened.
