If I was going to get a "bigger" dog, it would be an australian shepherd but most likely a miniature one. I love the yorkie cause he's so tiny and so cute! I think if he were bigger, he would lose a little of the cuteness and if he were bigger he would be like a bull in a china shop with his personality.
