You can do one of two things.
1. Put a dispute claim with the bank, I have B of A and that can be done on line. They will give you back some of the money now and the rest when they finish the investigation.
OR
2. You can also call AOL and speak to them about this and they will give you an address to send in your complain and just make sure this time they do cancel the account , don't take any free offers. They will check the system and see you have not used the account and refund you for every month you have not used it, will take a while to get the refund.
They have done this a lot and are having to refund hundreds of dollars, but you need to fight them.
