I'm so sorry sweetie - life just sucks sometimes, doesn't it! It just seems so unfair sometimes. You are an angel to care for someone with a handicap - remember that!
I know that your folks have already helped you, but it sounds like you just need a little help to get all this sorted out. Maybe they could loan you the $$$ to get to the bank and get this corrected.

I just hate it when things like this happen - they just don't understand what things like this can do to people.
