Welcome to YT! There are several reputable breeder in Oklahoma and there are some you really need to avoid! Please go to Search and type in Teacup Yorkies. You will learn soooo much, like there is no such thing! There are small Yorkies, but you will want to read about all the problems you can encounter with these "tinys". You will also need to remember, Yorkies are very expensive and their care can be rather expensive, but I also believe they're worth every penny. Just do the research here first.
