We've been lucky so far here, no snow yet, but when it gets here I would like to be prepared. Found a set of simple boots at PetValu yesterday, and just now put them on Ginger and had her walk across the room to me for treats! Poor thing, she was trying to hard not to walk on her feet the first time across that she literally flipped herself onto her back By the fourth time across the room she was just doing some basic high stepping. We'll do this for a few minutes each day, hopefully by the time the snow gets here she'll be used to them!

Seeing Eddie and Jack run around in their boots makes me believe she'll work it out!

Outstanding! Don't give up. I know it can be frustrating, especially when they start running from you when you grab the booties. But in the long run, they'll appreciate it. That's a good idea to practice in the house. Make sure you don't do it on a slippery floor. Do it on carpet or even take them outside on the lawn.
