any shampoo with oatmeal is GREAT for their skin.. right now layla is flaky too (her skin.. not her personality
) i think it is the weather.. we are in ontario.. very cold right now.. her belly gets SO dry.. i bought hypoallerginic... fragrance free baby lotion and i put it on her before she goes to bed. She currently uses a medicated shampoo from the vet because her skin is so dry.
