She might just be too young to generalize that a pee pad is to be used for that purpose no matter where she is. Gracie is 6 mo. and she would rather 'hold it' than use a pee pad in my bedroom at night. To her, the only place to use a pee pad is in her ex-pen. I took her to a friend's house for Turkey Day yesterday. We left the pee pads at home. I just took her outside every two hours and she went pee on her own just fine. She held the pooh until she got home to her pee pad. Short answer after long story, just take her outside and encourage her to potty every two hours. Also keep showing her where the pee pad is and correct her if she has an accident.
